ABOUT Coriander seeds chutneny RECIPE

Coriander is an itegral part of indian cusien,we regular use coriander seeds as a spice, but tody we make chuteny with dry coriander.

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 1 tbsp dry coriander seeds
  2. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  3. 1 tsp dry mango powder
  4. 2 red chillies
  5. 4 garlic cloves
  6. 100 gram crashed jaggery
  7. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. First heat the pan or kadhai
  2. Add dry coriander,red chilli, cumin, roast it while for stair 2-3 minutes
  3. When cooled,put all into grinder
  4. Add 1 tbsp water,salt ,garlic cloves mango powder and crushed jaggery and grid it.
  5. Coriander seeds chutney is ready .
  6. Serve samosa, poori ,partha or tikki chat.
