These kababs just melt in your mouth, you have to taste them to believe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 250 gm Qeema (fine and without fat)
  2. 50 gm raw papaya (ground finely)
  3. 50 gm besan (roasted lightly)
  4. 2 onions finely chopped and fried till golden brown
  5. 1Tsp red chilli powder ( increase/decrease according to personal preference)
  6. 1 1/2 tsp garam masala
  7. 1 tbsp water
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Oil to shallow fry

Instructions

  1. Wash the Qeema in a sieve, let the water drain, add papaya and salt and keep it in the fridge overnight.
  2. Crush the onions, add all the ingredients except the water and oil. Mix well.
  3. Now add water and keep aside for about 10-15 minutes.
  4. Take oil just enough to smother the frying pan.
  5. Make small tikkis of the Qeema and fry on low heat, flip only when one side is done.
  6. Serve hot
