Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Atta 3/4 cup
  2. Maida 1/4 cup
  3. Powdered sugar 1/2 cup
  4. Melted ghee 1/2 cup
  5. Green cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
  6. A pinch of baking powder
  7. Crushed pistachios 5-6 for garnishing

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. In a bowl mix atta, maida,baking powder, powdered sugar and cardamom powder together
  3. Add the melted ghee in batches to form a soft dough
  4. Make amla sized smooth balls
  5. Grease a baking sheet with ghee and dust with flour
  6. Flatten the balls to round shape and make a superficial cross mark on the dough
  7. Sprinkle the pistachio powder and bake for 15 minutes
  8. Cool in a rack and store in an air tight container.
