About Chocolate Souffle Pudding Recipe

This is a light chocolate dessert. It brings a perfect end to all you parties. It becomes more sinful when topped with whipped cream.

Chocolate Souffle Pudding

Ingredients to make Chocolate Souffle Pudding

  • Milk - 1/2 litre
  • eggs - 2
  • sugar - 1 cup
  • Cocoa powder - 1 tsp
  • Drinking chocolate - 2 tsp
  • China grass - 1 bowl
  • Whipped cream - 1 bowl
  • Chocolate garnishes.

How to make Chocolate Souffle Pudding

  1. Seperate egg yolks and whites and keep aside.
  2. Heat milk, add sugar, cocoa powder, drinking chocolate, china grass and egg yolks and mix well to avoid any lumps.
  3. Cook for 6-7 boils.
  4. Cool and then mix in the egg whites.
  5. Transfer into a serving bowl and allow it to set in refrigerator for 1 hour.
  6. Top with whipped cream and serve cold with chocolate garnishes.

My Tip:

Add a little vanilla essence to mask that eggy smell.
