Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Gram flour - 250 grams
  2. Salt - 1 teaspoon
  3. Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon
  4. Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
  5. Carom seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Coriander Powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Dry fenugreek leaves - 1 tablespoon
  8. Water - 350 milliliters
  9. Mozzarella cheese blocks
  10. Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams gram flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon red child powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder,1 tablespoon dry fenugreek leaves and mix well.
  2. Add water and whisk well to make a batter.Take a mozzarella cheese block and cut it into two pieces. Sprinkle some Italian seasoning and cover it with a another slice of mozzarella cheese.
  3. Now dip the mozzarella cheese blocks into the batter.Heat sufficient oil in a heavy skillet. Deep fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper. Serve hot with ketchup.
