It is a unique combination of healthy soyabean chaaps coated with unique flavours and combined with maize flour. It turns to be very tempting.

Ingredients Serving: 2
Maize flour, 1 cup
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder, 1+1/2tsp
Coriander seeds powder, 1/4tsp
Dry red chilli, 2 crushed
Warm water as required to make dough
Soya Chaap, 2
Water for boiling chaap as required
Saffron, few strands
Cumin powder, 1/2tsp
Cardamom powder, 1/4tsp
Cloves powder, 1/4tsp
Tomatoes, 3
Onion, 1, chopped
Garlic, 6-7 cloves
Lemon juice,1tsp
Oil, 1/4tsp
Desi ghee, 1+1/2tsp
Coriander leaves for garnish
Instructions
For preparing chutney- Take saffron and dissolve in 1/4 cup warm water.
Take 2 tomatoes and garlic and put in grinder and form a smooth paste.
Take a non stick pan and add oil and heat then add tomato paste, cloves powder, cinnamon powder, salt, cumin powder and cook for 5 minutes by stirring occasionally.
Now add saffron water to it and mix well and cook for 2 more minutes and switch off the flame.
Now take soya chaaps and add put in pressure cooker with water and cook for 1 whistle.
Now take out the chaaps and remove the sticks and cut into pieces and put them in the prepared chutney and coat well and keep aside until required.
Take maize flour and add salt, 3/4tsp black pepper powder, crushed dry red chilli, crushed coriander seeds and with help of warm water knead a loose dough which is still not flowing but could be spread.
Take a non stick tawa and apply desi ghee and then put some amount of dough on it and apply water on hands and spread the dough in the desired shape.
Now again with help of water smooth it on top surface and by applying desi ghee cook on both sides.
Prepare with rest of the dough too.
Now take a serving dish and put the veg fishes.
Top with onions and 1 tomato chopped and then sprinkle left black pepper powder on it and put lemon juice.
Now take out the chaaps from the chutney and put above the onion spread and garnish with coriander leaves.
