Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chicken 500gm
  2. Yogurt 4 tablespoon
  3. Roasted corriander and cumin powder 2and1/2 tablespoon
  4. Ginger and garlic paste 2 tablespoon
  5. Green chilli chopped 2
  6. Turmeric 5 teaspoon
  7. Red mirch powder 6 teaspoon
  8. Cardamom clove cinnamon powder 4 teaspoon
  9. Onion 4 big cut in square
  10. Tomato paste 3 tablespoon
  11. Corriander powder 3 teaspoon
  12. Salt to taste
  13. Pinch of sugar
  14. Oil 100ltr
  15. Lime juice 1 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Mix chicken, roasted corriander and cumin powder, yogart, ginger and garlic paste, 2 spoon turmeric, green chilli chopped, 2 teaspoon red chilli powder and lime juice.Cover tight and marinade for two hours.
  2. In a pan heat oil. Add onion, saute on low flame, add corriander powder, turmeric, garammasala powder and red chilli powder before it becomes deep fried.
  3. Add tomato and cook for 2 minutes on low flame. Add chicken mix, salt and sugar. Mix well and cover. Cook for 8-10 minutes on low flame. Stir occasionally.
  4. Add approximately one cup of warm water. Cover and cook on low flame till it becomes dry and tender. Once it is done add butter.
