ABOUT Healthy Rice and Moong dal Porridge RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Rice 3 spoon
  2. Moong dal 3 Spoon
  3. Hing 1 tsp
  4. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  5. Water 1 cup
  6. Salt (optional)
  7. Dry fruit powder 1 tsp
  8. Ghee 2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and dry Rice and dal.for overnight.
  2. Add little ghee and fry Rice and dal for 10 min.( You can fry it as separate)
  3. Let it cool and grind into fine powder.
  4. In pan add water and rice dal powder mix well to prevent lumps.
  5. Add salt or dry fruit powder
  6. Stir well till it reaches thick consistency.
  7. Now healthy Rice Moong Dal porridge is ready to serve for your little one
