Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cauliflower - 1
  2. Capsicum- 1
  3. Onion- 1
  4. Sesame seeds white- 10 gms
  5. Chilli Sauce- 4 tbsp
  6. Salt to taste
  7. Honey 3 tbsp
  8. Tomato Ketchup - 2 tbsp
  9. Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp
  10. Oil- 1 tbsp
  11. Garlic paste- 1 tbsp
  12. Cornflour 2 tbsp
  13. Chilli powder - 1/4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut the vegetables and wash them properly.
  2. Now in a bowl add cornflour, salt, chilli powder and add to make a paste and add cauliflower to it and let it be marinate for 5 minutes.
  3. Now boil the water and put cauliflower in it for 5 minutes.
  4. Now take a pan and add one tbsp of oil in it and let it be warm on medium flame and add garlic paste in it.
  5. Now add chopped onions and capsicum in it and keep stirring for 2 minutes.
  6. Now add marinated cauliflower in it and fry them for 5 minutes.
  7. Add chilli sauce, soya sauce, salt and tomato ketchup in it and keep stirring for at least 2 minutes.
  8. Turn off the flame and now add honey in it. Mix well.
  9. Garnish it with white sesame seeds and Serve Hot!
