ABOUT Healthy carrot soup RECIPE

Light and creamy mild carrot soup is a wonderful warming first course,an appetizing meal and delicious.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. medium size carrots - 4
  2. chopped onion -1
  3. garlic cloves- 2
  4. chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
  5. soup cube - 1
  6. soya sauce - 1/2 -1 tsp
  7. vinegar - 1/2 tsp
  8. freshly ground pepper to taste
  9. salt - to taste
  10. water - 4 cups

Instructions

  1. Heat oil, add chopped onion and garlic,saute it.
  2. Add carrots, water,soup cube and coriander leaves.
  3. Cook on low heat until carrots are tender.
  4. Blend the mixture smooth.
  5. Add freshly ground pepper, soy sauce,vinegar, and salt to taste.Garnish with coriander leaves.
  6. Soup ready. Best combination is brown bread.
