ABOUT Dosa pizza RECIPE

This is an Italian twist to the Indian dosa, a perfect pizza dosa with delicious flavours.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Dosa batter - 1 cup
  2. Egg 2
  3. Onion 1
  4. Bell peppers - 1/4 th cup
  5. Tomato 1
  6. Mushroom 2
  7. Salt
  8. Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  9. Pizza sauce - 2 tbsp [ready made]
  10. Tomato Sauce - 1 tbsp
  11. Shredded mozarella cheese - 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Finely chop the vegetables and keep them aside.
  2. Now heat a pan and grease it, now pour a ladle full of the dosa batter, spread it thick enough to form the base for the pizza.
  3. Simmer the flame.Spread the pizza sauce on the cooking dosa.
  4. Beat the eggs with a little salt and pepper and spread over the base gently.
  5. Now Spread the tomato sauce over the egg once it has cooked enough.
  6. Sprinkle the finely chopped onions,tomato,capsicum,mushroom over it.
  7. Spread the shredded mozarella cheese over it.cover it with a lid.
  8. Wait for the cheese to melt.now the pizza is done.
  9. Cut it into pieces.Serve hot to your kids.
