ABOUT Yellow milk RECIPE

This yellow milk with turmeric incorporated with turmeric is perfect to boost the immune systems of all age groups

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. Milk 1 glass
  2. Grated raw turmeric half inch
  3. 2 cloves crushed
  4. Black pepper powder a pinch
  5. Grated ginger half inch
  6. Few tulsi leaves crushed
  7. Few green cardamom seeds
  8. Jaggery or honey to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to milk except honey or jaggery. Boil once and let it simmer for 2-3 min.
  2. Add grated jaggery or honey and mix well.
  3. Let it cool a bit. Filter in a glass and serve warm.
