ABOUT moong dhal noodles RECIPE

This is a healthy and tasty breakfast that suits people of all ages.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. moong dhal 250gm
  2. sago 100gm
  3. pulungalarisi 1/4 kg
  4. fenugreek 1/2 tsp
  5. butter 2 tsp
  6. salt

Instructions

  1. dry roast moong dhal, fenugreek separately till nice aroma comes
  2. dry roast sago till nice aroma comes
  3. grind the roasted ingredients finely in a rice mill.
  4. To the ground flour, add butter and hot water, knead a semi soft dough.
  5. put the dough into idiyappam maker, and push out the noodles.
  6. place this in the steamer and serve hot with chow chow kichadi
