Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Roasted Gram 1/2 cup
  2. Powdered jaggery (as required)
  3. Ghee as required
  4. Cardamon powder 1 tsp
  5. Dates 2 tbsp
  6. Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Roast gram and cashew for 5 min.
  2. Grind roasted gram,jaggery,cashew,dates into fine powder
  3. Now add ghee and make small or large size ladoo.
