Chhana( panner) is good source of protein ,which really needed for pregnant women and 2 years baby and those haven't uric acid they can also eat this item .I don't use outdoor color.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chhana 1 cup
  2. Coco powder 1tsp
  3. Jaggery 4/5 tsp
  4. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  5. Elachi powder 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl put Chhana and smash it well until it's soft and smooth.
  2. Now add jaggry and mixture it well.then devid it three portion .one part put turmeric powder ,other portion coco powder and mixture it well.
  3. Now keep it in a microwave plate .
  4. Firstly keep Jaggery color Chhana ,then coco color Chhana spread it .
  5. After that spread yellow color Chhana
  6. Now keep it microwave for 6/7 minutes ( normal temperature)
  7. Now it's complete, and it's time for serving .thank you.
