Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 glass milk
  2. 2 tbsp almonds
  3. 2 tbsp cashewnuts
  4. 3 to 4 pieces dry khubani [plums]
  5. 1 tbsp pistachios
  6. Saffron strands
  7. 1 green cardamom
  8. Sugar as per taste
  9. 3 to 5 pieces dates

Instructions

  1. Arrange all ingredients
  2. Take a bowl, add all ingredients and boil for 15 minutes
  3. Keep stiring
  4. After boiling, whisk the milk using a blender.
  5. Again heat the milk for 5 minutes.
  6. Serve hot or cold as per your choice
