ABOUT Wheat dhal rice RECIPE

This is a delicious recipe for babies during weaning and for old age people as they are soft, fibre rich, fully packed with vitamins and minerals, protein rich food. This is much needed for babies development and old age people to support their system.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour 1tbs
  2. Veggie as per your choice – ½ half cup
  3. Masoor daal - ½ half cup
  4. Cooked Rice - ½ half cup
  5. Pudina leaves - Few
  6. Cumin seeds- ½ half tsp
  7. Mustard - 1/2 half tsp
  8. Garlic - 3 pod
  9. Ghee – 1 tbsp
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook Masoor daal and rice and mash well.
  2. Then add little ghee in a pan add mustard seeds n cumin let it pop and add asafoetida. it enhances the flavor
  3. Add the mint leaves, garlic, and veggies and saute them until cooked
  4. Now add the cooked daal and rice, mix well and sprinkle some salt
  5. Finally, add the wheat flour and simmer and saute the mix until it attains a smooth n thick baby cereal consistency
  6. This yummy dish is now ready and we’re sure so is your baby!
