Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Methi chopped finely - 1 cup
  2. Spinach chopped finely - 1 cup
  3. Coriander - 1/4 cup
  4. Malai - 1/4 cup
  5. Green chilli - 4
  6. Onion - 1 finely chopped
  7. Salt - as needed
  8. Chilli powder - as needed
  9. sugar - 1/2 spoon
  10. Water - as needed
  11. Garam masala - 1 table spoon
  12. Jeera - 1 table spoon
  13. Panner - 1 cup finely diced
  14. butter
  15. ginger garlic paste
  16. kaju

Instructions

  1. Boil the methi,spinach for couple of min and grind them into a fine paste
  2. Now take a pan and add butter and jeera and green chilli and and onion and ginger garlic paste,kaju and fry them
  3. now add garam masala, chilli powder and salt,sugar and fry them
  4. Now add the paste and fry them till it turns to aromatic
  5. now add paneer and cook for couple of min and sprinkle some coriander and add malai
