Vegetables are necessary for healthy diet. I give credit to my husband who helped me with this dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Bread 1 packet
  2. Hummus - 1/2 cup
  3. Vegetables of your choice [cucumber, onion, bell peppers] - 1/2 cup
  4. Fruits as per your choice [apples, mangoes, pine apples] - 1/2 cup
  5. Tomato ketchup - 1/4 th cup
  6. pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
  7. Chaat masala powder - 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. cut the bread slices in circles . Put a little bit of ketchup and 1 tbsp of hummus on each slice.
  2. Decorate it with vegetables and fruits.
  3. Add black pepper and chat Masala on it and its ready.
