Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup besan
  2. 1/2 cup semolina [suji]
  3. 1/2 cup curd
  4. 1 tsp ajwaiin [carom seeds]
  5. Half tbsp salt
  6. 1 tspn hing [asafoetida]
  7. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  8. 1 grated zucchini
  9. Few corriander leaves


  1. Take a bowl and add besan and suji to it.
  2. Now add curd
  3. Mix it well
  4. Add little little water and see the consistency of it
  5. Now add salt, red chilli powder,hing, and ajwaiin
  6. Beat it
  7. Now at end put grated zucchini in it.
  8. Mix it well
  9. Now heat the pan
  10. Pour the batter on it
  11. Put some oil drops on the sides
  12. Flip it
  13. When it gets brown and crispy
  14. Serve it with chutney and ketchup.
