Healthy version of pizza, in the form of parathas.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Wheat flour One bowl
  2. Water
  3. Salt to Taste
  4. oregano
  5. One onion chopped
  6. Half capsicum chopped
  7. Boiled corn half bowl
  8. butter
  9. Grated cheese

Instructions

  1. Knead the dough With water .rest it for 10min.
  2. Heat butter in a pan and add to it onion ; capsicum and boiled corn. Saute for 5min.
  3. Add salt and Oregano
  4. Make a large sized chapati with the dough. Put the mix. In the half part of chapati. Sprinkle cheese over it.
  5. Half fold the chapati. Tighten it's ends with fork.
  6. Cook it on a tawa by applying butter on both sides. When turns golden brown put it off and serve hot with chatni or sauce
