Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Sweet corn 1/2 cup
  2. Spinanch 2 bunch
  3. Tamato 1
  4. Butter 3 tablespoons
  5. Onion 1/2 cup
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Ginger garlic paste 2 tablespoons
  9. Garm masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
  10. Red chili powder 1/4 teaspoon
  11. Water 1 cup
  12. Cashew paste 2 tablespoon
  13. Cream 2 tablespoon

Instructions

  1. Rinse the spinach very well.boil water with some salt.add spinach to this boiled water.
  2. Then in blender make smooth spinach puree adding very little water.
  3. Boil the sweet corn & keep aside
  4. Heat butter in a pan add chopped onion,tomato mix well.then add ginger garlic paste.
  5. Then add turmeric powder,red chili powder & garma marsala powder keep on stirring & sauteing the masala.
  6. Then add spinach puree mix well then pour water & season with salt.then add the boiled corn & cook for 4 to 6 minutes.
  7. Then add cream & cashew paste stir & cook for 5 minutes.
