Ingredients to make Whole Moong Kebabs

  • Whole moong- 100 gms ( cooked for 2 whistles)
  • 1 potato - Boiled and mashed
  • Few green leaves of the spring onion, finely chopped
  • 2 Bread pieces- soaked & drained
  • garlic and green chilli paste( 4 garlic flakes)
  • A dash of chaat masala
  • salt to taste
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp of lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • Few onion rings to garnish

How to make Whole Moong Kebabs

  1. Take a bowl, put in the boiled moong, potatoes, drained bread pieces, chopped spring onions greens. Also add the listed masalas. Gently mix everything together and make desired kebab shapes.
  2. Let this kebabs marinate in the fridge for about half an hour. After this time, take the kebabs out and deep fry them.
  3. Garnish with onion rings and serve them hot with green chutney or tomato sauce.
