A high protein and iron filled salad.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Black Chane - 2 cups
  2. Potato - 1
  3. Cucumber - 1
  4. Capsicum - 1
  5. Tomato- 1
  6. Lemon - 1/2
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Black Pepper - 1/4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Soak the black chane overnight.
  2. Next morning, boil the black chane with a potato and strain it completely.
  3. Chop the cucumber, capsicum, boiled potato and tomato in a bowl.
  4. Add chane, salt and pepper in it. Squeeze lemon on it and mix well.
  5. Serve instantly for best taste!
