Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Sprouted masoor daal 1 cup
  2. Besan 2 table spoon
  3. Rawa (sooji) 1 table spoon
  4. Salt and green chillies to taste
  5. Garam masala, mango powder 1/2 tea spoon each
  6. Cumin seed and ajwain 1/4 tea spoon each
  7. Coriander leaves chopped 1 tea spoon
  8. Oil or desi ghee... As required

Instructions

  1. Take sprouted masoor daal. You can easily sprout them at home.
  2. Take these in a bowl. Put boiling hot water on it and micro for one minute or give it a 2 minute boil in a pan on gas
  3. Now strain the extra water and put these in a mixie, add besan, rawa and all masalas and grind it to a fine paste using water. Make a not so thick consistency batter
  4. Now make chillas with this batter on non stick tawa using oil or ghee and serve with tomato sauce or any chutney of your choice
  5. This is very nutritious and can be taken by pregnant ladies, new mothers and elderly people too
