Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 liter butter milk
  2. salt
  3. 1/4 th tsp jeera [cumin seeds]
  4. 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
  5. 1 piece dalchini [cinnamon]
  6. 4 cloves
  7. 1/4 th tsp red chilli powder
  8. besan - 2 tbsp


  1. Make a batter of besan and butter milk, add required amount of salt.
  2. Heat oil ,add cumin seeds
  3. Put cloves and dalchini
  4. Add red chilli powder
  5. Stir well and then add the buttermilk mix.
  6. After 1 boil , simmer it until thickens
  7. Serve with steamed rice.
