This is an interesting curry that is made with the peels of green peas along with cauliflower, a perfect curry to be served even to the elderly people.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Green peas peels - 1/2 cup
  2. Boiled green peas-1 cup
  3. Chopped in thin slices- 2 carrots
  4. salt as per taste
  5. Black pepper powder- 1 tsp
  6. coriander powder- 1tbsp
  7. Pinch of hing [asafoetida]
  8. Green garlic chopped-1/2 cup
  9. oil
  10. water
  11. cauliflower florets 5-6 [boiled]
  12. onion [chopped] - 1
  13. garlic [chopped] - 1 tbsp
  14. tomato-1 [chopped]
  15. turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
  16. Maggie magic masala powder - 1 tsp


  1. heat oil-1tbsp and add cumin seeds,pinch of hing,pinch of again and let them splutter. Now add chopped strips of carrot, greenpeas peel, chopped garlic and saute them them for 2 minutes. Now take them out.
  2. Now again heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion and saute it. Now add chopped tomatoes and saute it.
  3. Now add fried veggies and boiled cauliflower florets ,boiled green peas and mix all and saute them on sim. Now add turmeric powder ,black pepper powder,coriander powder and salt as per taste Maggie magic masalaand mix well..
  4. Now add some water and let them cook and mix on SIM for few minutes . Serve hot with roti or paratha.
