Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 4 tbsp soaked rice in water
  2. 1/2 kg milk
  3. 1 tbsp milkmaid
  4. 4-5 chopped cashew nuts
  5. 4-5 chopped almonds
  6. 2 motichoor ladoo
  7. 1 tbsp sugar
  8. 1/4 tsp cardmon powder

Instructions

  1. LEFTOVER MOTICHOOR PHIRNI.
  2. BOIL MILK IN A PAN
  3. GRIND SOAKED RICE UNTIL COARSE AND POUR INTO THE MILK.
  4. NOW ADD MILKMAID
  5. SPRINKLE GREEN CARDMON POWDER AND STIR.KEEP COOKING UNTIL THE RICE.
  6. NOW ADD SUGAR
  7. FINALLY ADD THE MOTICHOOR LADOO AND COOK FURTHER.
  8. ADD CHOPPED DRY FRUITS
  9. POUR IN INDIVIDUAL BOWLS .SPRINKLE WITH ALMONDS AND CRUSHED MOTICHOOR LADOO AND SERVE CHILL.
