Hung curd franky is very easy to make and a healthy dish for lunvh or brunch .

1/2 cup Hung curd
water
1/4cup All purpose flour
1/2 cup Wholewheat flour
1 tsp Mustard seeds
1 tsp Red chilli powder
1 Green chilli, finely chopped
1 Tomato, finely chopped
1 onion finely chopped
oil
Some curry leaves
salt as per taste
Instructions
Take the whole wheat flour and all purpose flour into the bowl. Add 1 tsp oil and some salt and knead a dough like chapati with water . Keep this aside .
Now divide the dough into equal portion and roll it like chapati .
Take a tawa ,place this franky on hot tawa and half cook it from both sides. Keep this aside .
Now take hung curd, add onion, tomatoes, green chilli, coriander leaves, red chilli powder and salt as per taste. Mix it well .
Take a pan put some oil ,add mustard seeds when they starts to crackle, add curry leaves . Pour this tempering on hung curd mixture.
Now take half cooked franky, apply hung curd mixture all over and fold it from both sides.
Take a tawa put 1 tsp oil and cook this franky from both sides. Hung curd franky is ready to serve .
