Ingredients to make Granola Bar

  • 3 cups of Oats
  • 1 cup of wheat bran
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup of almonds
  • 2 teaspoon of pistachios
  • 2 teaspoon of raisins
  • 2 teaspoons of dried blueberries
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 teaspoon of brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon of butter
  • 2 tespoon of choco chips ( optional)

How to make Granola Bar

  1. Take a large bowl and mix in the oats, wheat bran, shredded coconut and nuts of your choice, mix well , then dry roast them on a medium flame for 5 to 6 min.
  2. Remove them on a large bowl. Put non-stick frying pan on medium heat , drop butter onto the pan, add sugar and honey and bring the mixture to a boiling point and them let it simmer for a minute or two.
  3. Mix this liquid mixture to the large bowl full of oats and nuts. Mix it well. Pre heat the oven to 180degree centigrade. Put butter on the sides of a baking dish and line it with a parchment paper. Transfer the mixture and press it fi
  4. Bake it for 25 minutes and then allow it to come back to room temperature then with a sharp knife , cut it into desired shape , here I have given it a rectangular shape , you can cut it in square also —
