This is a delicious tea cake made with bottle gourd, and a very quick recipe too. Follow this easy recipe to make this for your loved ones.

Instructions

Take a mixture grinder jar, add bottle guard , cinnamon then make a paste of it.
Now take a bowl, add atta and baking powder , mix well.
Then add egg ,bottle guard and mix well.
Now add oil and mix well again.
Now take a another bowl ,add cocoa powder and half of mixture .
Now mix both the mixtures well separately.
Then take a bowl and grease it well.
Now add white mixture ,followed by the cocoa mixture side by side to form the marble structure.
Heat a big kadhai on the gas flame, add salt put steel stand then put the cake mixture bowl.
And cover it for 20 minutes and cook on a low flame.
Once it is cooked, remove the cake bowl from the kadhai, let it cool.
Now it's time to serve it,thank you.
