Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For ravioli cover
  2. 3table spoon gram flour
  3. 1/2cup curd
  4. 1/2teaspoon turmeric powder
  5. 1/2teaspoon red chilli powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 3cups water
  8. Oil for greasing
  9. For stuffing
  10. 1 Teaspoon oil
  11. 1/2teaspoon mustard seeds
  12. 1 teaspoon chopped green chillies
  13. 1/2cup grated coconut
  14. 1/2cup crumble paneer
  15. Salt to taste
  16. 1 Tablespoon chopped green coriander
  17. For ravioli sauce
  18. 1 tablespoon butter
  19. 1 teaspoon kashmiri red chilli powder
  20. 1/2cup cream
  21. 2tablespoon pizza sauce
  22. Salt to taste
  23. Mixed herbs as per taste
  24. Red chilli flakes as per taste

Instructions

  1. MIX 1/2 CUP CURD, 3 TBSP GRAM FLOUR
  2. ADD 1/4 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP TURMERIC POWDER
  4. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  5. ADD 3 CUPS OF WATER
  6. MIX WELL INTO A SMOOTH BATTER
  7. THE CONSISTENCY SHOULD BE LIKE THIS
  8. HEAT A PAN, POUR IN THE BATTER
  9. STIR & COOK TILL IT THICKENS
  10. IT IS NOW DONE
  11. GREASE THE BACK OF A PLATE, POUR OVER THE COOKED BATTER
  12. SPREAD IT
  13. SET ASIDE FOR COOLING
  14. HEAT 3 TBSP OIL
  15. ADD 1/4 TSP ASAFOETIDA, 1/2 TSP MUSTARD SEEDS, 1/4 TSP GREEN CHILLIES
  16. ADD 1/2 CUP GRATED COCONUT
  17. ADD 1/2 CUP CRUMBLED COTTAGE CHEESE
  18. SAUTE
  19. ADD 1/4 TSP CORIANDER & SALT, TAKE OFF HEAT
  20. HEAT 1 TBSP BUTTER
  21. ADD 1/4 TSP RED CHILLI POWDER
  22. ADD 1/4 CUP FRESH CREAM
  23. ADD 1/4 CUP PIZZA SAUCE
  24. ADD SALT, 1/4 TSP DRY HERBS, KEEP THE SAUCE ASIDE
  25. CUT THE KHANDVI INTO ROUNDS
  26. FILL EACH KHANDVI WITH 1 TBSP STUFFING
  27. COVER WITH ANOTHER KHANDVI
  28. CRIMP THE EDGES
  29. POUR THE CREAM SAUCE IN A SERVING PLATE
  30. PLACE THE RAVIOLI ON IT
