ABOUT Egg Bhurji in cucumber wrap RECIPE

This egg dish is popular in north and western indian, it is effectively a dry and spicy version of scrambled eggs .

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 6 eggs
  2. 4 medium sized onions
  3. 2 sliced capsicum
  4. 2 medium-sized tomato
  5. 2 tsp of red chilli powder
  6. Salt to taste
  7. 4 tbsp of vegetable oil

Instructions

  1. Beat all the eggs with some salt and pepper , keep aside.
  2. Heat oil in a pan, add the sliced onion and fry them, add in the ginger and green chillies, add in the tomatoes and fry until they turn soft and oil oozes out.
  3. Pour the eggs and scramble lightly. add red chilli powder, salt , and coriander leaves.
  4. cook until it’s just cooked. Remove it from the gas and garnish it with coriander leaves.
