ABOUT Makke (corn) ki roti RECIPE

Traditional winter delicacy specially in Punjab but I think it is liked by everyone. Makke ki roti is served with sarso ( mustard leaves) ka saag and lot's of white butter. My hubby too is a big fan of makke ki roti. He like to have it on daily basis whatever is the sabji (curry ) made at home. Even my son likes it. When he was a year old he used munch it as a teether. As it texture is soft and grainy. It naturally becomes a non toxic teether at home with no harm. Children or adults any one can enjoy it. But only one draw back of it is that it cannot be rolled out with a roller pin as normal chapatis. It is carefully made by spinning soft dough ball between the palms. And you must need a good practice and patience for it. Do try this once and make your family surprised!!
