Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. sweet corn niblets - 100 gm
  2. soup cube -1
  3. corn flour - 2 tbsp (dissolved in one cup water)
  4. egg white 1(optional)
  5. light soya sauce - 1tsp
  6. white vinegar - 1 tsp (optional)
  7. salt and pepper to taste
  8. ajinomotto pinch - optional

Instructions

  1. Get ready with all the ingredients.
  2. Microwave the corn niblets for 2 minutes or just boil for 5 minutes,strain it.
  3. Blend it coarsely.
  4. Separate the egg white,beat and keep aside.
  5. Boil 750 ml water,add coarsely blended sweet corn and soup cube. let it boil for 5 minutes.Stir well.
  6. Then add corn flour solution and mix well.
  7. Pour egg white slowly,and gently mix it.Add soy sauce, freshly grounded pepper to taste.No need to add salt,chicken soup contain salt.
  8. Mix well and serve hot in an individual bowls with starters.
  9. Sweet corn soup is ready !
