ABOUT Apple cinnamon cake RECIPE

An eggless apple cake with the flavour of cinnamon.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Curd 1cup
  2. Olive oil 1cup
  3. Icing sugar 1 cup
  4. Cinnamon 1 pinch
  5. Apple puree 1/2 cup
  6. Refined flour 1cup
  7. Baking powder 2tsp
  8. Baking soda 1/4 tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven at 180*.
  2. Mix curd and sugar till sugar dissolves.
  3. Add olive oil in it.
  4. Add baking powder and baking soda.
  5. Add apple puree and cinnamon.
  6. Rest for 2 minutes.
  7. Then add refined flour to it.
  8. Mix properly so no lumps remain.
  9. Apply some oil onto the baking tray.
  10. Pour mixture in it. Bake for 40-45 mins. Serve hot or cool as desired.
