It's a delicious ,tasty and differently shaped samosas, made by me.

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. For making methi dough
  2. 1 cup fenugreek leaves
  3. 1/4 cup besan
  4. 1/4 cup jawar flour
  5. 1/4cup rice flour
  6. 1/2 cup wheat flour
  7. 1/2 tbs red chilly powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoon turmuric powder
  9. 1/2 cup coriander leaves
  10. Pinch of baking soda
  11. salt as per taste
  12. Stuffing ingredients
  13. 1/4 cup geen peas
  14. 1/4 cup boiled potato
  15. 1/4 cup chopped tomato

Instructions

  1. Take bowl put all flours and fenugreek leaves
  2. add coriander leaves , red chilly , turmeric powder, baking soda and salt.
  3. Add water and make dough. Cover it with cloth and keep aside.
  4. Take pan.
  5. Put oil, add onion.
  6. Saute well till the onion becomes light golden brown.
  7. Then add sprouts, green peas
  8. Saute well till it cook for 2 mins.
  9. Then add boiled potato cut in small pieces
  10. Add red chilly powder, coriander.
  11. At last add salt saute well.
  12. Your stuffing is ready !
  13. Method for making Methi Samosas:
  14. Now take dough, make small balls .
  15. Put it on rolling pad , make oval shape .
  16. Keep stuffing in the middle on the oval shaped dough .
  17. Cut in side like in strips .
  18. Put strips on it in shape of fish .
  19. Make nice shape of fish. Make all fish shapes of methi samosas
  20. Deep fry in hot oil on middle flame. Now your methi samosas is ready . Garnish with onions rings, coriander and use khari boondi and sauce to make of fish eye. Now your Methi Samosas are ready to eat!
