Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Full fat cow milk 1 ltr
  2. Fine rice 100 gms
  3. Khajur gur 80gm
  4. Dry fruits
  5. Coconut 1 big piece

Instructions

  1. Put milk in container and place it on flame.stir continiously milk. After 10 mins add rice and mix it well.sim flame
  2. Add soaked dryfruits, chopped jaggery and chopped coconut.Stir it,allow kheer to get thick.
  3. Check wether rice is cooked well.
  4. Served as per your mood either hot or chilled
