ABOUT Methi aaloo RECIPE

A delicious recipe made with potatoes and fresh fenugreek leaves, a perfect curry to be served with some dal rice.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 2 cups Fenugreek leaves
  2. 1 cup Potatoes [diced]
  3. 1/2 tsp Salt
  4. 1/2 tsp of Turmeric powder
  5. Half Tea spoon red chili powder
  6. Oil
  7. salt

Instructions

  1. Heat a pan with some oil. Add the feugreek leaves and the dcied potatoes into it, and saute for sometimes.
  2. Now add salt and all the powdered masalas, cook until the potatoes have cooked through and crunchy on the top.
  3. They are ready to be eaten.
