  1. CUT BAIGAN, KEEP IT IMMERSED IN WATER
  2. ADD TURMERIC POWDER,JEERA POWDER
  3. SALT,CHILLY POWDER&RICE FLOUR INTO A BOWL,MIX
  4. ADD THE PIECE AND COAT IT WITH THE MASALA.
  5. HEAT OIL&SHALLOW FRY THESE PIECES
