Beet roots is good for pregnant women and elders,beet roots have vitamin A,C extra ,we eat mix veg poalu,but I prepared in my style,beet roots polau.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Basmoti rice 1 cup
  2. Beet roots 1/2 cup cut into small pieces
  3. Salt as per necessary
  4. Ghee 1tsp
  5. Suger 1/2 tsp
  6. Carrot 3/4 tsp
  7. Bay leaves 2/3 ta
  8. Raisin 2tsp
  9. Cardmom2/3 ta
  10. Garom masala 1tsp ( it's optional)

Instructions

  1. Firstly soaked rice 2 hour
  2. Take a cooker add ghee,bay leaves and raisin stir it.
  3. Now add beet roots, carrot just stir it.
  4. Then add rice also stir it.
  5. Then add water 1 1/2 cup.add sugar and salt.
  6. Now cover it,wait for 2 whistle.
  7. After that remove it, open it .
  8. Now it's time to serve,beet roots palau.thank you
