Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 cup vermicilly
  2. 1onion
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1 carrot
  5. 1 capsicum
  6. Salt
  7. 1/4tsp turmeric powder
  8. Green coriander.

Instructions

  1. Chop all the vegetables.
  2. Heat oil in a pan
  3. Add the chopped onion and saute for few seconds and then add rest of the vegetables.
  4. Add salt and turmeric powder.
  5. Now add boiled vermicilly
  6. Mix well.
  7. Put green coriander.
