n Gurdwaras this kada prashad is offered to the devotees as prashad ,This Kadah prashad is made in very large quantity to offer all the devotees who came to Gurudwars thus made in huge iron kadhai ,which are also named as kadhav so this halwa ka prashad is named as kadah prashad .

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Whole Wheat Flour- 1 cup
  2. Ghee-1 cup
  3. Sugar- 1 Cup
  4. Water- 4 cups

Instructions

  1. IN A PAN ADD 4 CUPS WATER, 1 CUP SUGAR
  2. WHEN SUGAR JUST DISSOLVE, REMOVE FROM THE HEAT
  3. IN A WOK ADD 1 CUP GHEE, 1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR
  4. STIR CONTINUOUSLY ON SLOW HEAT,
  5. WHEN WHEAT FLOUR BECOME GOLDEN THEN ADD THE SUGAR SYRUP IN IT
  6. BRING IT TO A BOIL.
  7. COOK TILL IT THICKENS 
  8. AND START LEAVING THE SIDES OF THE PAN 
  9. AND GHEE START SEPERATING FROM THE HALWA
