Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Finely Chopped Chicken boneless= 150 gm
  2. Fresh red chili finely chopped= 5 gm
  3. Cooking Oil = 10 ml
  4. Dry basil = 8 gm
  5. Fresh basil finely chopped= 30 gm
  6. Oyster Sauce = 30 gm
  7. Fish Sauce= 5 ml
  8. Light Soya Sauce= 10 ml
  9. Sugar = 5 ml
  10. Iceberg Lettuce= Leaves made into 6 cups
  11. Chopped garlic= 15 gm
  12. Chopped Onion = 20 gm

Instructions

  1. Heat oil (on a high flame) in a Wok. Add garlic, onion and fresh red chilies.
  2. Toss until garlic is cooked and add boneless chicken, toss well.
  3. Add oyster sauce, fish sauce, light soya sauce, and sugar. Cook until chicken is done and water has dried out.
  4. Add dry basil, toss well, add fresh basil and remove from heat.
  5. Serve placed in the 6 lettuce cups.
