Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 2 packets Maggi
  2. 2 tablespoon of refined oil
  3. I packet of allo bhujia (sev)
  4. I medium sized boiled potato
  5. 1 small size onion
  6. I small tomato
  7. Coriander leaves as needed
  8. I green chili
  9. A handful peanuts
  10. 1/2 tablespoon tomato ketchup

Instructions

  1. Take a rolling pin and roll over the maggi unti it breaks into small pieces and after that open the maggi packet
  2. Then take a pan and roast the maggi in low heat .Do not put any water,the maggi should be dry
  3. Then cut the vegetables into small pices
  4. Cut the onion into very small piece
  5. Then put little amount of oil in the pan and add peanuts and roast it for 1-2 minutes in low flame
  6. Then take a bowl and mix the tomato ketchup and maggi masala
  7. Mix it well
  8. Then add maggi the vegetables (remember :the potato should be cut in medium size pieces)
  9. Then add the roasted peanuts
  10. Last but not the least add the fried maggi
  11. Mix it well for 1 minutes
  12. Then lastly add the allo bhujia or sev
  13. Your maggi bhel is ready...enjoy it
