Dark Coffee Cake with Chocolate Ganache

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 2 tbsp - hand beaten coffee
  2. 1- Dairy Milk Chocolate
  3. 1 tbsp- Cocoa powder
  4. 1 1/2 cup - All purpose flour
  5. 1 cup - sugar
  6. 1/2 cup - curd
  7. 1 tbsp - baking soda
  8. 1 tbsp - baking powder
  9. 1/4 cup - milk
  10. oil - 1/2 cup


  1. Add baking soda in curd, mix well and keep aside
  2. Add beaten coffee, milk, sugar, baking powder and oil in a big bowl and mix well
  3. Add the curd mixture in it.
  4. Add cocoa powder and all purpose flour very well.
  5. Mix the batter very well, so that no lumps formed
  6. You can use blender to blend the mixture
  7. Grease the pan with oil.
  8. Pre heat the oven for 5 minutes at 150 degree
  9. Bake the cake for 40-45 minutes at 150 degree
  10. Check with tester if comes out clean then take out
  11. If not, bake for 5 more minutes
  12. Take out the cake from the mould
  13. Grate the chocolate in the cake
  14. Slice n serve when comes to room temperature.
