Ingredients to make Mushroom soup

  • mushroom - 100 gm
  • butter or oil - 1 tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1
  • chopped garlic cloves - 4
  • wheat flour - 1 tbsp
  • boiled milk - half cup
  • coriander,cumin powder -each 1/4 tsp
  • salt,pepper to taste.
  • chopped coriander leaves - optional(for garnishing)

How to make Mushroom soup

  1. Wash mushroom,cut into pieces.
  2. Heat oil saute onion,garlic and mushroom.Sprinkle coriander and cumin powder and wheat flour.Saute well.
  3. Add 500 ml water and allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Cool and blend it.
  5. Transfer it to a vessel, heat it.Add half cup boiled milk. Sprinkle salt and freshly ground pepper to taste. Adjust the consistency.
  6. Serve in a bowl ! Ready ! Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.(optional)

My Tip:

Wheat flour and milk.
