Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. 1/2cup semolina
  2. 11/4cup water
  3. 1cup chopped veggies (onion, carrots, cabbage, capsicum)
  4. 1/4 cup Besan
  5. 4green chillies finely chopped
  6. 1/2tsp Ginger garlic Paste
  7. 1/2 cup finely chopped coriander leaves
  8. 1tbsp Oil
  9. Oil for frying
  10. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. HEAT 1 TBSP OIL, ADD 1/2 CUP SEMOLINA
  2. ROAST FOR 2 MINS
  3. ADD 1/2 TSP GINGER GARLIC PASTE, 4 GREEN CHILLIES, 1 CUP VEGGIES
  4. ADD 3/4 CUP WATER, MIX IN
  5. ADD 1/2 CUP WATER
  6. ADD SALT TO TASTE
  7. ONCE THE MIXTURE STARTS THICKENING, TAKE OFF HEAT
  8. ADD 1/4 CUP GRAM FLOUR, PUT BACK ON HEAT, COOK FOR A FEW SECONDS
  9. ADD 1/2 CUP CHOPPED CORIANDER
  10. MIX WELL, KEEP TO COOL
  11. MAKE LEMON SIZED BALLS
  12. FLATTEN OUT LIKE CUTLETS
  13. KEEP ALL CUTLETS READY TO FRY
  14. SHALLOW FRY IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN & CRISP
  15. DRAIN ON A PAPER NAPKIN
  16. SERVE HOT
