  1. Ingredients for Fish:
  2. Fish Fillet - 200 gm
  3. Sesame Oil - 10 ml
  4. Fish Sauce 1-0 ml
  5. Sugar - 2 gm
  6. Ingredients for se dressing:
  7. Rice Vinegar - 30 ml
  8. Sugar - 20 gm
  9. Salt - 1 gm
  10. Raw Garlic - 3 gm
  11. Fresh Red Chili Chopped - 5 gm
  12. Chopped fresh coridander leaf - 30 gm

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish fillet with sesame oil, fish sauce, and sugar for 15- 20 mins.
  2. Grill this fish until it is cooked.
  3. To make the SE Dressing, boil rice vinegar, sugar, salt and raw garlic for a few minutes. Then take it off the heat and add fresh red chili and chopped coriander.
  4. Serve the fish hot with SE dressing poured over it.
