ABOUT Thinly Sliced Potato Wedges... RECIPE

Homemade and purely a bliss. These are thinly sliced just for a change and then deep fried. 2 ingredient super quick recipe that goes along with rice and daal. A perfect simple lunch for the elderly in particular. Happy Frying !!!!!!!

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Less starchy potatoes large 2
  2. Oil to fry
  3. Salt to sprinkle 1/2 tsp

Instructions

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes at first.
  2. Cut the wedges real thin instead of the regular thick ones.
  3. Deep fry them in hot oil on medium high heat by stirring in between.
  4. They will be done in almost 20 minutes or little more.
  5. Keep stirring for an even colour at regular intervals.
  6. Garnish them with a few coriander leaves.
  7. Serve them hot with boiled rice and dal.
